No. You need CLB7. You have to score a minimum of 6 in each category

This won't work.

IRCC does not accept one skill tests. You have to retake the full test and achieve the minimum scores in each of the four categories.

Also, you must meet the minimum requirements at the time you submit your application. An explanation letter will not be accepted.

Hi, you are wrong about this as they accept one skill test retake for the EMPP program as written in the ircc website.
