Late Arrival In canada

Hello, everyone

I'm an international student at Conestoga College and completed level 3. I am travelling outside of Canada before my break start because of my medical emergency, I'm likely not able to return before the first class of my level 4. My break start form December 16, 2024 to January 5th, 2025.

Can I arrive late and how late? How to tackle border Officers because nowadays they give many students a hard time. So, does anyone have that situation or any idea how it works?

I have a valid student visa, study permit and a DLI college letter and doctors all notes, and report. This is my last semester, so can anyone know what I should do?

Note- I'm not a new student so I have all documents with me.

No issues on return. Starting classes late is an issue with the college and whether you have approval to start late.

Would suggest getting a letter from your college explaining that you have had permission to study from your home country due to a medical emergency until a certain date.
