I want to ask I am on a PR holder in Calgary and if i start a new business in Calgary and one of my friend lives in BC Vancouver and he is on LMIA right now he is on closed work permit, can i give him a LMIA from calgary to him so he can work with me and come to calgary, for that how old should be my company what more I required, ?

when his LMIA work permit about to finished before that if i offer him a LMIA for my company can it be possible he can come to calgary and work for me. in same field like same type of business.
Have you read through the LMIA requirements yet? Suggest you do that first. You will need to prove business legitimacy which you most likely won't be able to do right away. So doable but it will take work and the LMIA will of course need to be approved.

As I said above, most likely not possible right away due to the business legitimacy requirements. Most likely you would need to run the business for a year showing sufficient income and also file corporate taxes before an LMIA will be feasible. Just opening a business won't be enough.

Hi , @scylla sorry to disturb you again , can you please advise one more thing as I am on PR and my friend is on LMIA closed work permit for 2 years in different province so, can he start a business with me and could it be help him to get PR in anyway? Please
It may or it may not be possible. Your friend will need to dedicate time to researching the PNP programs in the province where you plan to start the business.

Based on these circumstances, it will likely be challenging and may not be possible. He would probably be best off hiring an immigration lawyer to advise him.
