No but they can be included in your PR application. That does not guarantee their ability to remain in Canada during processing. Were they married after their hearing?

They married before the hearing, and he has already included his wife in the PR application. However, he is not sure whether his wife can remain in Canada or must leave.
I'm not sure but some one in 2023 pr application applied inside work permit for dependent search it you will find the best way for her
She can certainly try to remain in Canada but no she is not guaranteed the ability to remain in Canada without status.
