post graduation work permit and restoration of status

My pgwp was refused on nov 6 because i submitted confirmation of enrolment in place of confirmation of graduation on nov 7 i applied for reconsideration by providing the graduation completion letter, no response yet for reconsideration and i am now out of status after my study permit expired on nov 13 i want to restore my status and apply pgwp in single application but i am confused about restoration fee and restoration process can some one guide me which exact fee i need to pay and what should i do in imm5710 form to apply both in same application.

Your study permit expires 90 days after program completion. So when did you complete program? You need to restore status (if you can) and reapply for PGWP. Pay for both. You cannot work until approved. So you applied for reconsideration…why?

You cannot restore status because your permit expired, and it must be done within 90 days of course completion. So right now, you are out of status and outside the 90 days. Then you cannot apply for PGWP within Canada. I would get the advice of an immigration lawyer.

If you don’t change your status to visitor and your study permit expires, you have up to 90 days after your study permit expires to apply for a PGWP and restore your status as a student.

To restore your status as a student, you must

• apply online for your PGWP and pay the correct fee ($255), and
• pay the fee to restore your status as a student ($389.75)
  • Because of system limitations, you must pay the fees to restore your status as a student online and attach a copy of the receipt to your PGWP online application. You don’t need to make a separate application to restore your status as a student.

You can’t work until your study permit and work permit have been approved.

You need to contact a lawyer. Right now, you cannot restore status because you have up to 90 days to do it, and your program ended more than 90 days ago.
