I applied for my Canada study permit on 9 December 2024 and got my biometrics done on 12 December 2024. My classes are going to start on 6 January 2025 and my PAL will expire on 21 January 2025. how many chances are there that I will get my study permit processed or how many chances are there to get my visa?
I'm from Pakistan i paid GIC but SDS stream is closed.
When am i expected to get my study permit?

What is processing time from your country? Check that and it will give you an idea and then add a few weeks for passport stamping. You most likely need to defer since you left it so late.

Realistically almost zero. Just doing the medical plus holiday time means that you may not even have your medical approved by then. Speak to your school.

You can see for yourself, most people who have applied in November haven’t received PPRs yet and no December cases have moved past AOR so far on this study permit tracker: https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/study-permit-tracker

I agree with the other comments, you might have to speak to your school about the visa delay. You can also check the official study permit processing time the IRCC provides to figure out what timeline they’ll be working with
