Ya I checked there is no counterfoil information yet. I have a feeling they processing the student visas first

I submitted for my father's supervisa on 14th Nov at chandigarh vfs. IRCC Delhi received on 18th Nov. Yesterday for the first time I checked the counterfoil status and it was there but still no dispatch msg yet.

Can anyone share if they received passprt back for Visitor Visa and when had IRCC received theirs?

Received by IRCC Delhi on 18th Nov for father's supervisa TRV. Passport not dispatched yet.

I had received these two emails since passport was submitted for parents visit visa on 18-Nov:


Visa application, tracking ID No. xxxxxxx The envelope for the decision on the results of your visa that has been processed has been received at the Canadian Visa Application Center at New Delhi OC, on the date. We will then send this to the Canadian Visa Application Center New Delhi OC. Please note that this is an automated email. Please DO NOT reply to this email.

Does the first email means passport is with VFS? Haven’t received any collection notification from VFS yet.

This means the passports are in IRCC now and is in process it will take a 12 to 15 business days from the time it is in IRCC.

Hi Darsh did you check counterfoil message? Check that everyday. Any update? For me I can’t check because I have a representative and only he can check that.

I got a message that it’s dispatched from IRCC to visa application center . It was under processing since 15th November , does anyone know how long it takes for the passport to be ready for collection after this email ?

After that you will have received a mail like this:

"Your application, tracking ID xxxxxxxxx has been received and is under process at the IRCC Office on [Date]" This mail means its now with the IRCC.
