Same time line but for trv I can see my counterfoil updated today but never got the dispatch message today so maybe tomorrow.

I don't think it matters, it's just a platform to apply. I might be wrong to. I applied on my own.

I I have no idea when, I contacted through webform and they never reply. I emailed them 3 times no reply. I contacted Canada they said they can't do anything either because it's outside of Canada. So only option is wait I guess. It's been 17 days for today. I even told them it's emergency but...
