Does someone know what this note on my GCMS means?

For context, I applied for a TRV from India on the 10th of May. I already hold a valid study permit but have been waiting for my TRV for 215 days. The processing time in May was 32 days and currently stands at 114 days. I applied for GCMS notes and this is the most recent note on my file.

"Satisfied to approve pending meds. Please limit validity to 2025/10/31"

If you have any clue what this means, please let me know. Thanks!

The officer is good approving your application, pending completing and approval of your medicals. Your TRV will have an expiry of 31/10/25.

That note was created on the 23rd of September :/ if my application is "approved" I don't understand what is taking so long. Thanks for your help though!

Yes, finished medicals on October 4th and got approved on October 6th. The GCMS notes state passed. The GC Key website and the application tracker also show medicals as passed.

Then unfortunately it sounds like it's just backlogs / slow processing on IRCC's end.
