Hi @Kktest1 You have raised this webform after p1 or p2 ? and in how many days you see the update in tracker ?I searched for webform in general on ircc website and then filled it under other changes

Feels like they have been on holiday mode since the first week of November!Taking a print, get a sign by immigration officer, scan and upload ............. these are the steps I could guess for eCOPR.
Look at the photo, if ok click and send it to the PR card print section.
seems like they are on vacation already.
If not, they are the same workers from Canada Post!Feels like they have been on holiday mode since the first week of November!
after p2 , 2-3 days but did all three things email , webform and call , so dont know what made the impactHi @Kktest1 You have raised this webform after p1 or p2 ? and in how many days you see the update in tracker ?
Did you get any GU after the webform ?
If you want to change your address, then I believe you should just go ahead and change it. Send a response to the same P1 email. In addition, also raise a web form. You can only re-enter Canada with the eCoPR via land border only.P1 18 October
P2 31 October
Hello may I know if I can still change my address before ecopr and what is the best way to do that , I am planning to travel in January and I need it delivered at my family’s house. Will that be ok also to have it sent when am not there. Still hoping I get ecopr today
Thank you I hope it doesn’t delay the ecopr even more do you know if it matters that someone collects the card for me after I leave in January and they send it to me via fedexIf you want to change your address, then I believe you should just go ahead and change it. I think that can be done although PRTD is a safer option in my opinion! The funny thing is, they just need to accept our declaration that we're inside Canada. That's the only click they need to do generate our eCoPR. Then scan it, sign it and upload it. The address is for PR card mailing and the photo is for the PR card. Acceptance of declaration is the only thing needed for our eCoPR!Thank you I hope it doesn’t delay the ecopr even more do you know if it matters that someone collects the card for me after I leave in January and they send it to me via fedex
