IMM5604 - Signature mismatch with ID proof

Hey guys,

I need help in a situation !

I am filling IMM5604 form and they have asked to submit an ID proof as well, which is passport.

I have two passports - Old one with full signature(SupriyaKochar - expiry of 2026 ) and new passport with half signature(SupriyaK - effective from 2024).
My old passport is cancelled, with expiry of 2026 but I have the old scan with me of first and last page).

I have done signature on IMM5604 with full signature and got it notary verified.

Now, I am confused whether I should submit old passport that matches the IMM5604 form as ID proof or the new passport and little signature mismatch is fine ?

Does IRCC cross-checks whether these ID is valid from indian embassy ?

This is more than enough to be legitimate, you don't need to worry about anything.

Signatures can change and it can be in various forms.
