Resume(for Principal Applicant)

Have sponsored my parents under PGP2024
Received a letter saying it appears principal applicant CV has not been provided.Please provide CV for principal applicant and all dependents aged 18 and over. Does this mean that all my siblings who are 18 and above have to submit our CV as well?
Please help me understand this question if anyone has experience, thank you.

Children of principal applicant over 18 are not dependents, is the sense. Only spouse (if not already a pr).

yes thats what my thought was too, ok I will only send CV for the principal applicant, thanks for your response appreciate it.
