Anybody got pgwp after pending charges ?

I got my charge writhdrawn, and I was able to apply for my study permit twice till my student is complete. I plan on applying for pgwp but I’m worried if the past charge could be a problem even though the charge was withdrawn.

You should have no issues since the charges where withdrawn.

Thank you for your reply, when I am applying do I have to state that I was charged and explain what happened and that the charge been withdrawn, because I already to get my study permit renewal application.

Also because of the charge at the time I had to drop a course, making me a part time student and I took 2 courses for the semester because I was dealing with the charge lawyer and court.

How do you think I should go about the pgwp application?
