The stream is Federal Skilled Worker
It was with spouse she received COPR in November before I received.
Was your spouse outland and waiting on your eCoPR issuance to fly to Canada?

You have to wait for around 20-30 days most likely. So maybe next year in January you will get it. Right now they are working on first week of October P1s. We are still patiently waiting.
Yours should have come by now. 98% of em got it whose p2 was Oct 24-25. Call IRCC and find out.
