All they say is that average process time is 20 months and I have to wait... nothing we can do about.

It’s not good - sounds like it’s December and they are done with their approval quota for 2024 so I guess we have to wait till Jan 2024 and hopefully something will happen

14 months for AIP, avarege process time... not that fast.

No, I am still waiting. I heard that some officers will keep application open until you get AIP.

Hi guys, I just wanted to know if anyone has any idea for the processing time for criminal check. I applied under h&c and my background is currently being processed. All the other checks have been completed except for the criminal which hasn’t started. It’s been a couple of months and it still hasn’t been started. I’m beginning to get worried. I know there’s no definite time but does anyone know the the time frame and the possible reason for it not being started. I’d really appreciate it if anyone can help.
