I applied 15 days after the rejection letter, but my attorney ask me for 229 for restore the status and 150 for study permit of each child so, in total 758 dolars.

I just found out about all this and I'm panicking. We applied on May 30th, the date on the letter was November 26th and we still haven't received a response. I have two children, both in school, but we never attached the certificates because we didn't know (until now) that we had to. Since we haven't gotten a response, am I still in time to upload those certificates?
When you say certificates, do you mean Letter of Enrollment? Any document that you missed out when you submitted your initial application, you should use the opportunity to submit a webform attaching the documents and a letter explaining that you inadvertently missed it out as you were not aware (if that is the reason). Dont wait till they reject your application before you act.
