She applied for refugee PR in March 2022, and we both received our eligibility letters in February 2024. Her health is not good, and she needs someone to take care of her. Does a doctor's recommendation to expedite the PR application process help, and can such a letter actually make the process faster?

Ask her to collect all medical report and doctor recommendations and go to the local MP office.

I am also sep September 2023 applicant done my biometric in January after that nothing but my dependent got medical request Vo is Mississauga

I am principal applicant and got my PR in Oct 2024. My overseas family got medical request after my PR in Oct 2024 and received by IRCC within a week. They had already received their eligibility and pre arrival in April 2024 with me as they are in Pilot Programe.How much more time it would take for them to get Passport requests assuming all stages have already been cleared?

Hi, which country is your pilot program? Where are your dependents? I also heard about the pilot program but I don’t know if they still do it.
