As part of the study permit application process, study permit applicants are required to apply to study at a Designated Learning Institution (DLI) that verifies their letter of acceptance. This requirement was established by the Ministerial Instructions that came into force on December 1, 2023. This enhanced verification process aims to protect prospective students from letter of acceptance fraud and will also ensure that study permits are only issued based on genuine letters of acceptance.
The DLI that you listed in your study permit application did not verify your letter of acceptance within the required timelines, following receipt of your application by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, as required by the Ministerial Instructions. Therefore, in accordance with the Ministerial Instructions, your application is closed and your processing fees will be refunded as the application will not be processed. Please note that refunds may take between 6 to 8 weeks.

I want to apply again. but my study permit expired. Will they accept?

So your study permit expired and you stopped studying? When did permit expire? Masters/Phd? If not what is your program and school?

You want to show funds, justify costs, ties to return and be in a program eligible for PGWP.

So you need to apply for a new study permit with PAL, funds, tuition paid, justify costs. Given you have studied in Canada and didn’t finish program, it will lower chances of approval. Write a really good SOP.

What program and school?

How long have you been in Canada since you stopped studying? How long did you study full-time? Did you change your status to visitor? The fact that you remained in Canada and it will likely take a long time to get accepted to a new program, hopefully get PAL and then apply for a study permit could raise concerns about what you have been doing in Canada and how you are supporting yourself.

I am currently studying, I got the letter today. I had the study permit and applied for the study permit extension. I can study before they tell me the decision.

final exam
How were you still studying with no permit for months and still want to take the final exam?
Your permit expired in March.

I submitted my Study Permit extension application in February.

my current Study Permit expired on March 31, 2024.

I was asked to provide additional documents by June 20, 2024.

I will finish my program this semester in December.

I am so afraid I will get rejected.

What should I do if I get rejected.

OK now you have the decision. You have to stop studying. Attending exam is part of "studying".

or can I ask to make it online?
What letter did you get today?

So you want to do the exam online so you want to be outside Canada because you cannot study in Canada. If you got a refusal letter today then you stop studying all courses today, and cannot take any exam.s
