Through the grace of god i got Pr and can now come to Canada. I have a 3 bedroom home full of stuff , 2 cars, 1 dog , and a American spouse. I need help moving my stuff. I am not sure if i should contact CBSA or that would complicate things
Husband is a Us Citizen only so i know he has no legal right to enter Canada. my question is how can he get my stuff to me? like a truck and trailer filled with my possessions? I cannot travel to the us since i was living there undocumented my whole life . is there some way to like meet on the bridge or he leaves it at CBSA and they let me come pick it up?
I am worried about my husbands ability to come to Canada since i am planning on sponsoring him for residency as well. i know its best once he comes to stay here and not travel back and forth since anytime he crosses hes not guaranteed reentry
my concern is if my husband tries to cross with it and is denied will all my stuff just get seized by customs? Can my husband import my car for me with like a power of attorney ? not sure if you have those in Canada
My primary goal is both my husband and stuff can come but if that is not possible I need my stuff to come

There is nowhere you can meet him on a bridge and no, you cannot leave the belongings with CBSA. You also certainly do not want to get anywhere near the US border if you have a ban.

Your husband is a visitor only at this point and should not be coming to Canada with a car or truck full of stuff. This could potentially create issues for his ability to enter Canada, even risk a ban. I personally wouldn't do it.

Hire a moving company to move your stuff for you. This will cost more but is frankly the safest option given circumstances.

If your husband wants to come to Canada as a visitor, he can do that but should not be doing that with all of your belongings.

Is there a reason why your husband wasn't included as accompanying in your application? That would have been much simpler.

If its just me and my husband driving across in a normal car no moving truck and he is a us citizen with no prior refusals or issues with Canada would him driving across with me while landing cause issues where they are likely to denie him? Was hoping to get him in as a visitor since us citizens don't need visas and then just do inland sponsorship.

EDIT At the time he did not want to because he did not think he would meet the residency obligations since he will have to travel a bit to take care of paperwork, repairs and selling the house as well as other issues and he was worried that could effect me negatively

Are you in the US now are are you outside of the US? Your original post made it sound like you are outside of the US and cannot enter.

I am currently in the Us and i am debating weather its best to do my landing by driving across since i get to keep my car and dog with me or fly because of the incoming trump admin. I am rather concerned I could get into trouble by The us when i try to leave by driving So i was contemplating flying in. but then my spouse and all my stuff would not be with me.

EDIT : Once i leave i will trigger a 10 year ban from the us

You should enter with your belongings vs. having your husband bring them in. He only has visitor status and cannot import belongings into Canada at this time. He can join you in the vehicle. Make sure you are bringing in your belongings, not all of his as well.

Note if you are moving to Canada you will have to import your car to Canada, which I believe also involves exporting it from USA (i.e. you may have to interact with US authorities). This is going to make things more complicated. I don't have any specific useful advice except to say that you may be best to consider selling your car and buying one in Canada. And possibly hiring a moving company for your things.

For the dog, couldn't you two literally meet at the park in Peach Arch on the BC/WA border, while the dog run on itself from one owner to the other?

Husband is a Us Citizen only so i know he has no legal right to enter Canada. my question is how can he get my stuff to me?
...

So to return to the question of your husband (and a bit more on some of the 'stuff' issues):
-you did include your husband on your own PR application as non-accompanying, right?
-While your husband doesn't have status and has no 'right' to enter Canada, US citizens are routinely granted entry as visitors without trouble.
-The main thing is to be truthful and to have circumstances (ideally with some simple evidence) that support what he's saying, e.g. if he comes for a visit, he should NOT arrive with all his stuff. If he can show he has to go back (job, personal stuff, whatever) it also helps. (They can be a bit sensitive about US citizens arriving at border and assuming they can move with no paperwork of any kind). If some of the stuff you bring is your 'mutual' stuff, well, don't go into that - it's just your stuff.
-If he accompanies you while you bring your stuff (if you decide to do it on your own), that will probably be okay - if he can show he's returning. (Eg a plane or train ticket home would help).
-You can apply to sponsor him as soon as you are a PR - literally the next day if you have all the docs - just make sure you choose the 'outland' (family class) option. He should more or less be okay to go back and forth as much as he likes, if he keeps in mind the above - tell the truth about the PR app being in process, explain it's just a visit. Main thing is he cannot work until he gets a work permit or becomes a PR.
-If he decides to come to 'stay' until PR app is processed (eg to work or just to stay), again, he should not arrive with a truckload of stuff (because it's a visit until he gets PR status. If asked, yep, he hopes PR status will be approved and he can just stay, but 'will follow all rules and leave if he doesn't get it.'
-He can apply for a work permit after you get the acknowledgement of receipt for your sponsorship app. That will likely take several months. (possible he'd get PR status before as US citizens with no criminal records etc can get processed quickly - good infosharing for security stuff between the two countries)

For your stuff:
-for the reasons above, I'd mostly suggest he NOT try to bring your stuff unless he's accompanying you. (Generally they're just going to see that as weird and needlessly complicated)
-the car MIGHT be an exception, i.e. power of attorney might work- but I doubt it will be much easier. (With explanation he took care of some of the formalities for you). But I don't know - just that, yep, importing cars is more complicated and formalized. (A pain in the rear though - research that in advance, or bite the bullet and sell it/buy in Canada).
-He can import/bring his own stuff later once he becomes a PR.

My primary goal is both my husband and stuff can come but if that is not possible I need my stuff to come
Glad you have your priorities straight ;)

Yes I listed him on my application as my spouse but as a non accompanying spouse and the reason for that was he was not confident he could meet his obligations if he got PR at that time and did not feel comfortable committing to it (he has commitment issues it seems but it is a big move for him)

Should i label the stuff? My clothes? My computer, My couch? Tools? for stuff that is clearly mutual i should just say its mine? Are they going to ask me to prove anything with receipts? Some of the stuff i got at flea markets or over 10 years ago. nothing overall valuable that would make them think i am reselling it but just a lot of stuff that comes from living somewhere for almost 30 years . The dog is too big to fly so I am pretty set on driving her across she has a valid rabies certificate. For the car how long do i have to wait till import it? Am i able to use my valid us plates for 60 days like my license and then just pay a company to handle it later or will CBSA require me to import one of them since i would be a PR at that time?

I like your idea with booking a return flight for him that I will do. Is it ok if its a month out? I know they can limit the number of days he can stay, How long do i need to wait to adjust his status? And can that cause me any issues of misrepresentation if he changes his mind about coming so soon? I honestly think hes being thick headed and will realize the moment we cross and i am sitting in Canada that regardless of his feelings he has to commit to being here. But I cant force him that's his choice. I hope Ircc don't hold my feet to the fire for that.

He has already been through the background check and the medicals not sure if they will be able to reuse them but hopefully it will be quick enough. Sorry for all the questions I filled out the app on my own and chat-gpt can only be so helpful

I'd look up the procedures for bringing stuff yourself vs having a company bring it later (unaccompanied goods). My guess - informed somewhat by my (different) experience - is that they will be more interested in clear statement/evidence that your husband understands he is entering as a visitor, and that he is planning to return to USA (until he applies to immigrate later). They won't likely worry about him staying as a visitor longr, just so he understands he's not moving permanently until he does the paperwork and that he can't move. Once they believe what he's saying, the rest will go pretty easily.

They're not very likely to go through and check what stuff is whose. For bringing stuff in, mainly just a list with values. (Why they require values I don't know, but they do). They don't seem to mind it just being by box (eg 'kitchen stuff') with a nominal value. They are not going to go through by item of furniture and ask if it's really your end table.

They may take a different view (i.e. more interest ) of expensive jewellery, artwork, or whatever else. Regular household items - they are unlikely to care. Bluntly, they're probably mostly interested that you're not importing stuff to sell, and no narcotics and firearms.

And your car. They don't like PRs thinking they can get away with not importing their car, even if they might be okay with it for a short period.

For the car how long do i have to wait till import it? Am i able to use my valid us plates for 60 days like my license and then just pay a company to handle it later or will CBSA require me to import one of them since i would be a PR at that time?
I do not know much about car importation - it is COMPLICATED. Look it up. My caution is that you might have to go back to and across US border later to work out formalities if you don't export it out of USA and import it right away when you are arriving first time, and that may not work in your situation.

I like your idea with booking a return flight for him that I will do. Is it ok if its a month out? I know they can limit the number of days he can stay, How long do i need to wait to adjust his status? And can that cause me any issues of misrepresentation if he changes his mind about coming so soon?
Having a ticket will deal with it, or just having things he can show like a home/rental property or job he has to return to. Don't worry too much about this, it's pretty normal for a spouse to help the other set up and arrive. Same with immigrating later - it may not be the most convenient but lots of people have personal reasons where they can't do it right away (and then things change).

Usually they will by default give six months to stay as a visitor (if nothing written saying shorter, it's six months); whatever time period he's given, he can apply to extend.

As stated above, you can apply to sponsor him the very next day after you become a PR if you're ready with the paperwork.

And no, won't be misrepresentation if you decide to apply for him right away after landing.

... I hope Ircc don't hold my feet to the fire for that.
They won't care about any of that.

He has already been through the background check and the medicals not sure if they will be able to reuse them but hopefully it will be quick enough. Sorry for all the questions I filled out the app on my own and chat-gpt can only be so helpful
Probably he'll have to redo them but since they'll have already done a form of the secrity and background check stuff, it could go quickly.

Anything you acquire in the park that's crossing the border has to be declared when you leave the park, even if you yourself never crossed the border.
