Hello guys im from algeria and my wife canadian citizenship we appling for applying spousal sponsorship and we got AOR so im planning to apply for TRV/visiter visa with AOR to visit my wife while waiting for sponsership application complete but i dont have any documents prove i wonder if anyone had experiance applying TRV/visiter visa without strong ties back to home country ? i need advices

All you can do is try your best and include proof of your ties to Algeria, proof of your marriage, proof of your sponsorship application, proof of time spent together in person hopefully over multiple visits, proof of your own funds and your spouse’s funds, etc.

thank you so much for your answer my wife said she will go to notary public and write a pledge in letter showing her responsibility for my return to Algeria you think this will help or its silly thing to do

There is no need to pay for a notary save your money. A letter means absolutely nothing because it is not enforceable
