So look on Canadian job Sites. Chances of job offer and LMIA are almost nil. LMIA proves that no Canadian can do the job and only you have the work experience, education and language skills to do the job.

Google - Canadian job sites. And then do job searches. Most jobs will say only apply if Canadian, PR or have a valid work permit so don’t apply for those. This is a volunteer forum.

Not sure what resources you are looking for. Job sites are job bank or Indeed. There are few opportunities for foreign workers. Get ECA and language tests done if serious.
