I have a question regarding first time entry to Canada. I live in Ottawa and my wife is arriving for the first time to Canada with her PR. My question is can I pick her up at Montreal airport although we live in Ontario? Will the immigration officer let her exit the airport or does she have to arrive and exit in an Ontario airport? Thanks.
