Seems like they have increased the wait times for ECOPR, back in Oct I received it in 3 weeks but now 4-6 weeks seem normal waiting time.

Pls which number do I call to confirm if my P1 email has been received because they said they didn't see the one I sent on 0ct 31st 2024 and I had to resend it yesterday...pls I want to confirm if they have seen the one I sent yesterday. Thanks
