Hi i did medical 3 months ago and now again they called me while i was waiting for my Visa for the second medical and they said that i have to give phlegm for 3 day early in the morning after i did xray in all motion's now my question is i don't have TB but i smoke a cigarette for 22 years and i told them that so why r they taking it very seriously

It’s not a second medical just a requirement to do further testing to rule out TB. This is very common and is not optional.
