I am inland PNP applicant who received ITA on 9 sept. AOR on Oct 11.
Got ghost update on my application, however, haven't received any BIL/MIL update. I have seen alot of people having AOR after mine got updates, so should I just wait or raise a query to IRCC?
Is that okay if they are delaying updates on my application or not?

You can compare your timeline in these thread from September AORs and October AORs instead of creating a new one! And it's normal to wait this long. Be a little patient as your AOR is from mid October! You should be expecting your BIL/MIL either by mid December (if lucky) or by early/mid January!
