Hi, I am thinking of separating from my spouse but my PR is in process. My spouse and our baby are also in that application but I am the primary applicant. I think I have taken some CRS points for my spouse's out-of-Canada education by submitting WES. If I start the separation process, will that hamper my PR? The biometric and medical are completed. Eligibility is also completed, and background security is undergoing. or shall I wait for PR?

If you received points through your spouse and you need these points to be above the cut off for your draw, then removing your spouse as an accompanying dependent means you can no longer claim those points.
