CAQ for dependent child from Cegep to University URGENT ‼️

I am working on my PGWP here , in Quebec. My daughter is in her last semester of Cegep. She received her acceptance from the university for winter session. When he visited the office of admissions, they are asking for study permit with DLI name on it.
( She has a valid study permit for Cegep, but it will take time to apply and receive the renewed version) They are saying to apply for next Fall session. Please help.

SHE CANNOT ATTEND UNIVERSITY UNTIL SHE IS APPROVED FOR A NEW STUDY PERMIT WITH NEW DLI. You have been told this several times. She isn’t changing study permits at all. She is applying for a new study permit.

Once she completes her CEGEP program, her study permit expires 90 days after completion. So she needs a plan in place, where she may not have a study permit for several months and may not be studying until SPRING or FALL 2025.
