I am also worried as my employer wrote a general job description which is not matching with the NOC code. It only matches 20 to 30% with the NOC code. Just moving ahead with a leap of faith.

I would suggest to get a new Reference letter from your employer/manager/senior which states all required Job description with NOC code and Upload it as an additional document with the help of Webform.

Unfortunately I try to ask my employer to provide the new reference letter matching the Job description with NOC code but they refused. Now I can only hope that the reference letter works out for me. Btw what was your NOC code?

Sorry to hear that your employer is not providing you with the revised letter. However, as a back up resort, you could ask one of your colleagues to write one for you as a witness to the all the job duties you perform. It may just work should they ask for any ADR!

Yes... try to ask your supervisor or any colleagues to provide a statement that shows your job responsibilities as per NOC guidelines. You can upload that as ADR.

I have currently submitted my biometrics and I have an upfront medical as well, my tracker account shows Eligibility and Background check "In Progress" for the last 2 weeks, how do I get more details?

They rarely ask for ADR. So draft a NOC code matching reference letter and ask a colleague or manager to sign off. It must be on a letterhead.

True! As of lately, IRCC is either refusing or returning most of the applications if something's incomplete instead of asking for an ADR! It's completely at the discretion of the visa officer who's handling your case!
