Its been more than 3 months that I have not received my PGWP. My friends who applied with me have all received the PGWP.
I have applied from within Canada.

Friends got lucky. Most are taking 5-6 months.

Currently it's taking 168 days for inland WP applications including PGWP. If this duration has passed since your AOR, I suggest contacting IRCC!

It varies from one application to another, Additionally, it also depends on your VO.

Still all this process doesn’t make sense to me. It’s not a smart system.

Again, doesn't matter if you were in the same class or applied at the same time. It is what it is and that's how IRCC works unfortunately!

You can still work under the same conditions!

WP-EXT for PGWP letter says:

"Please attach this letter to your present Study permit Number as proof that you are authorized to work for any employer, in any occupation with no restrictions on hours until 05th Jan 2025 or until a decision is made on your application, whichever is first."

So as per this , I should stop working after 05th Jan 2025 if no decision has been made before that.

I am not sure how come everyone keeps telling that one can still work, inspite the IRCC letter doesn't say this.
