Hey everyone, I need some advice. I am a dependent from Pakistan, and the main applicant is in Toronto, Canada. She applied for refugee PR in March 2022, and we both received our eligibility letters in February 2024. Her health is not good, and she needs someone to take care of her. Does a doctor's recommendation to expedite the PR application process help, and can such a letter actually make the process faster?

How come she did not get pr yet if outside Quebec?

Dear CanadaVisa Team,
I am a protected person and recently (two months ago) became a permanent resident of Canada. IRCC has requested medical examinations for my family members who are currently residing outside of Canada. My question is: how long does the embassy typically take to request passports for visa stamping after the medical examinations have been completed?
Thank you for your assistance.
