Hey,
I received an invitation through CEC, on the 23th of october, while i had only 485 CRS points, and the draw was 539 CRS points, after that i got married on the 31st of october, and when i went back from my trip and opened my account. the first question they asked me is about my maritial status,

what should i do ? should i put that I'm married now, but my spouse will not accompany me, and wait to get my answer and then sponsor her ( which i read on one of the posts ), or there is something else that i can do ?

ps: i sent a webform explaining my situation, but they gave me a basic answer ( kind of an automated message ), they said i should go to the website where i calculate my score and see if it decreases my score, if so, i should decline the invitation

thank you

How did you get selected when your score is under the cut-off?

I'm not too sure to be honest, they did 2 draws in the same day, CEC and trades occupation, trades is the field that i work on, but they sent me an invitation in CEC

You got selected in the category specific draw not CEC which needed a lower score (433)

Oh okey, that makes more sense, and for my spouse, should i say I'm married now, then apply, and after i can add my spouse ?

First add your spouse as accompanying and see if it goes below the cutoff score of 433! If it does, then, you have the option to select as non-accompanying and see if your score is still above the cut-off! Also, you have to declare that you're married!
