Hello, do I need to provide a guarantor if I am renewing my RTD?

I remember seeing that I do not have to provide a guarantor when I applied for my first RTD, but I cannot find the info.

Yes, you have to provide a guarantor and 2 references.

There is nothing called RTD renewal. It is the same process as a new application, and you need to return the previously issued RTD unless you have a valid visa on that.

for every rtd application you need a guarantor, in case you cannot find one there is another form to fill.
also you only have to send your old rtd w your application if it is not expired.
and if you send it and want it back you have to write a separate letter requesting it back.
