Salary raise but same position held while PR is being processed. Do I need to update my application with new salary?

My PR application has been submitted on January 4th, and is still with a "submited" status.
I have received a slight 3.5% raise after I have submitted the application, while retaining the same position.
Do I need to send a document using the web form to update the application with my new salary? Or is it small enough that I don't need to bother?

Can tell me did you update PR file Im in a similar position - got a raise 3.5 - did you update IRCC?

I didn't update it, and it didn't affect my PR. If you position is still the same, you should be fine without needing to update it.

Thanks u so much for your response. My employer is taking ages to hand over the salary increment letter and I got worried. Though the salary increase if only 0.50$ per hr. Hope it sails through. Again, thanks for confirming that to me.
