PNP CANCELLED AFTER APPLYING FOR PR

April- Got pnp nomination
May 2024- Applied for PR
August 2024 - my pnp got cancelled

Until now, my pr application is still on processing and got a "Medical Passed" update just this october 2024. What does it mean? Does it mean that i still have a chance to get a approval in my PR application?

It's because the employer didn't let me to start working asap so the officer told me that they'll have to cancel my pnp nomination

So your PR should eventually be cancelled since employer has withdrawn support, and if PNP nomination was based on job offer.

IRCC should if PNP is cancelled so note should be in file and found during eligibility check. Also you should be informing IRCC because not telling them is misrepresentation.

Don’t know but if you know that PNP is cancelled you should be informing IRCC. To do so is misrepresentation.

No timelines - weeks/months depending on how many documents to review and read through PNP nomination approval and cancellation.

Are you working with the employer that supported your PNP? If so, try appealing to the province with the help of your employer to see if they will restore your nomination.

my pgwp got expired. Just this August 29TH. So i went home to my home country and waiting for my PR result. And btw, i still have my visitor record extention until April 2025

This will be tricky, Why didn't use OINP support letter to extend your WP?
Because as it stands, you are no longer working for the employer that sponsored you.

I apologize if i am pestering with question without a solution. I just want to understand.
