Sowp rejected from Saudi Arabia

I am on study visa in Canada in master's course. I applied for my husband and my daughter for SOWP and study permit respectively.
My husband is in Saudi and daughter is in India. We had applied from Riyadh (Saudi).

My husband is working there as a food service supervisor. Rejection reasons were:

1.Ties with your home country
2.Your immigration status in your country of residence
3. Your current employment status
4. Purpose of your visit
Now someone has told me not to apply from Saudi instead apply from India.

What steps should be taken next? It would be really helpful if someone can guide.

So your spouse and daughter have to show strong ties to return to Saudi, and not citizens or PR of that country then have no ties to return. They have to address the reasons for refusal in reapplication.

1. Ties: Property, investments etc.
2/3. Long term status in country of resident and show ties to return
4. When does your permit expire? How long is your program? Public DLI?

So are they living in India now? If so then they show residency with proof that they are (job, school registration etc.). If reapply from Saudi, then they show that they have long term residency And will return there when you finish your studies.

My husband is in Saudi on work permit and daughter is studying in India. We don't have any long term residency proof as in Saudi we need to renew our work permit annually.

So if he is not in India, he doesn’t apply from there. So if you don’t have proof of returning to Saudi, then what proof does you have to return to India.

We have a family business and property I India. Can we show that as a proof and if he is coming to India for a month can we apply during that period?

So is the business solely in his name? He will want to show business registration, receipts, taxes etc. May need to explain how he has lived in Saudi and managed the business while abroad.

As for property, show evaluation and rental agreements. Again explain if lived in Saudi then how is it a tie to return.
