PR APPLICATION UNDER QUEBEC SKILLED WORKER PROGRAM. R10 and AOR issues

Hello everyone,

This is my case, I already got my CSQ. I applied for PR under Quebec skilled worker program on Oct22th of this year. However, I have not received a completeness check letter (R10) and the AOR. I only have the receipt after paying for the PR.

I am really worried since my status as a worker is about to expire in two weeks. Does anyone here knows if I can apply for BOWP with only the receipt after paying? Of what else can I do?

Please, if someone can answer my thread I will appreciate it.

That is an incredibly ambitious timeline for any PR application.

I've been waiting 3 months for AOR.

you might want to look into extending your work permits. I believe there are work permits your employer can apply for if you have CSQ and are waiting for federal.

I thought about it but since the new law with LMIA low income I don't think I can't do that anymore

Can we convert our closed work permit to open work permit in Quebec after getting CSQ acknowledgment of receipt for permanent residency file???
