Updating my timeline for reference:

EE French draw outland
0914 ITA
1017 AOR

I haven't received any update since AOR. No biometrics, no medical exam, nothing. I hate to be discouraging but I'm ready to not receive any update this year.
I know someone who got ITA the same day as me. She got AOR on 0924 and She received bil this morning (nov 19).

I think majority of us received BIL and MIL at least 40 days after receiving AOR. In my case, I received BIL 42 days after receiving my AOR.

I understand how exhausting you feel due to this situation. I hope you will get BIL and MIL by the end of this month. If not, you can contact IRCC and find out what's causing this delay.

Nov 19 - I just had a call with IRCC for updates on my security and eligibility.

MEP & BIL: Oct 16
Bio Given/updated: Oct 17
MEP Final: Oct 22
Background: In progress since Oct 17
Info-sharing & Criminality: Completed (as of Oct 29)
Security: Not started (as of Nov 19)
Eligibility: Not started (as of Nov 19)
FD: Well awaited…..

Agent mentioned everything else is good for now.

I also found that some agents go above and beyond than others with one/two word answers like started, not started.

It has been 33 days since my biometrics submission and I am excited for everything to come

Try calling at 08:00 AM EST, you will get the least wait time then. I had only an estimated wait time of 'one minute' but had to wait a good 18 minutes to get connected to an agent. Good luck!

Absolutely! However, most of the cases, the last and most time consuming part of background check - "Security Screening" gets triggered once the eligibility has a recommended pass by the case analyst or passed by the visa officer!
