ITA - May 31
Submitted July 29
AOR - July 30
Medical passed - September 13
Biometrics - passed October 4
ADR (Paystub and 2022, 2023 T4) - November 7
ADR received - November 8 / changed to Not applicable
Eligibility - Completed Nov 14
Background check - Completed November 14
Final Decision - November 14th but still noted as in progress (confusing)

Is this normal? FD november 14 and updated COPR date, everything is completed but still mark as in progress?
Received P1 email. FD was November 1 and AOR 30th July.

My spouse also received the P1 email , But Can we send reply only from my email that is (principal applicant) . Please let me know if this happened in your case as well ?

Yes, you can respond using only the primary applicant’s email and include the dependent’s information in the reply.

I don't see any visa office name who has sent the email . It came from portal east.
