I have an approved LMIa for Home child caregiver provider , I will like to know the documents I need for the work permit application
Eg. do I need WES verification and proof of funds as am staying in the employer’s home?

So Quebec, correct? You need WES & language tests. Job experience letters too.

So are you in Canada on a study or work permit? If not, you are not eligible to apply for a closed work permit. You need to apply through the HCCP program which is currently closed and based on quotas. It opens on January 1 (if it opens in 2025). You need to tell your employer this.

If you are working or studying in Canada, you want to provide ECA or Canadian education that matches the NOC, experience letters and IELTS.
