My father get approved for work permit application but he forgot to declare previous canada visa refusal happened more than 10 years ago. So my father ordered GCMS notes to see the details of application. There is a note from immigration officer: ‘ refusal reviewed no impact on current application’. Should my father worry about this in the future?

No harm sending a webform to declare the missing information and declare it on subsequent applications.

It was already approved. Should my father send webform or just declare it on the subsequent applications? Thank you

Was he able to confirm that? Is everything sorted out with his visa application? These situations can be so stressful, especially when you're unsure about the next steps. In cases like that, I usually prefer to reach out directly to reliable resources, like the national visa center customer service number https://national-visa-center.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html, and ask for guidance. They’ve been helpful in the past, and it’s always reassuring to have a clear answer from someone who knows the process inside out. Hopefully, everything worked out smoothly for him

He has already sent a webform to declare that. That shouldn’t be a problem.
It doesn't have an impact on a work permit application, you are safe now. But you must declare that for a PR, VISA applications. Etc. Otherwise it could be considered even as a misrepresentation.
