Yes that’s true . In such a case, how can I make sure to stay beyond my work permit expiry that is after 2026. Can it be helpful that my spouse has full time job and do have any more options ?

Your spouse's work permit and job don't help you since it's an open work permit. It would only help if your spouse's employer got an approved LMIA and then your spouse switched to a closed work permit. Or it would help if your spouse can apply for PR as the primary applicant and get ITA or a nomination.

It is a finance profile ,full time job role we are based out of New Brunswick and has MBA

As said, you will need to research your options. CEC or FSW might be possible if she can score enough points. You should also look into the NB programs to see if she qualifies for any of these. If you want someone to assess your options for you, then you'll want to hire an immigration lawyer.
