If I work for an Indian company while physically present in Canada. The company only operates in India and does not have any operations or physical presence outside India. Will my experience count as CEC or foreign worker experience.?

So if a person has 11 months of experience back home and do remote work from Canada of any other country for 2 months will he be eligible for the one year CEC point?

No.

You need 12 months of working in Canada in a job that is also located in Canada.

Sorry for the confusion. What I meant was, if a person has 11 months of experience back home and do remote work from Canada of any other country for 1 month will he be eligible for the one year of foreign skilled work experience ?

So then the experience must be one year of continuous (no breaks) skilled work experience in one NOC. You don’t have that.
