I have been working as an ECA about one year with permanently and full time job offer. My previous work experience in my country was English teacher for very young children in an academy about 12 years.
I am wondering if I can apply for pr in oinp stream ? I really do not know what my previous job noc code is

Sure if eligible for OINP. Go on the NOC database and look up teacher for your NOC, if you want to know.
