I had crossed the Peace Arch Bridge border into Vancouver at 11:30 pm PST on 10/1 and exited around 9:30 am the next day on 10/2. So technically my 2 days should be counted towards presence. But in the CBSA records it's showing entered on 10/2 2:30 am and exited on 10/2 12:30 pm, which is incorrect. How do I prove that I was in Canada on 10/1 also? Do they accept photos with timestamp with some Canadian landmark as proof?

It's not incorrect. CBSA records are recorded in EST timezone.

But I crossed in PST timezone so I spent 10/1 also in Canada.
You can submit the application according to your timezone. Processing office gets assigned based on your address. So they will understand that.

Apply with buffer so a day here and there should not cause any issues.
