I already did biometric and medical, even got my work permit. I got this mail yesterday "After an initial review of your file and application, Canada Border Services Agency has determined that the following additional information is required from you in order to continue processing your application. Please provide Detailed information included in the attachment."

Did that means I will have my case without hearing

The questions should indicate what CBSA is concerned about. Assume it has to do with your travel history and entry/exit information.
