Hello again,

I have GCMS notes with my brothers application. When it was moved to New Delhi for further processing he provided his bank statements which he has quite a bit of money saved (almost 50k CAD from his career). The GCMS notes are stating that they never received any more information and that's the reason for rejection. Also stating they don't believe he will return due to having no children in India (but he has his parents living there and all family except for me) that he will "not be determined to return".

Ok so this whole time of applying (at least 3 times) they had different reasons for rejecting but main reason was financial reasons.

Now he just received a signed employment verification letter from his employer stating that he works there. We were going to apply with this but I'm worried they will reject it again.

What do you all think?

How long has he worked there? Does it state he has approved leave? Single people have more difficulty because don’t have family ties to return. Given that IRCC is not approving as many TRVs, yes he may be rejected again.

He has been working there for over 10 years. It doesn't state he has approved leave and it's not possible to get the letter redone. They are very jealous people in india. I don't think you understand the circumstances over there. They have blackmailing with family members living in canada. The work doesn't even know he's coming for visit or they could fire him. He's going during vacation time.

Ok. So reapply but not having approved leave may be an issue. So how did he get a letter to use for his vacation coming to canada.

In another posting you had mentioned he did not have much money , and now he has $50k ?

“Also he will never have 20k in the bank at one time. The average salary in India is 5k a year. He has a professional career that he's been working since 10 year as well.”
