Does POF amount include the Processing fee (help please)

Hi, sorry cannot find an answer to this.
If my bank balance is 15000 at the moment I get the certificate, but the processing fee is paid from the same account, does IRCC deduct the processing fee from your POF ? Do I need to have the minimum amount + the processing fee ?
Please help

I see what you are asking now. I think it is fine just to show the $15k now. But keep in mind that IRCC can request updated POF at any time and if this happens after you have paid the fees, you have to make sure you still have the minimum.
