Move to USA after applying for citizenship

Hi,
I am PR holder. I am eligible to apply for citizenship on March 1, 2025. Can I move to USA immediately after applying for citizenship? My husband moved to USA temporarily this month on his work assignment (3 years project), I want to move with him after i apply for my citizenship here in Canada. Are there any pitfalls I should be aware of? Also, Can someone please recommend few law firms with whom i can consult with on this matter? Thank you!

Many in the forum have moved without any issues. Some had to face interview because of being outside Canada. You have to be in Canada for Oath and interview if they schedule one.

Would wait and see if we have an election. Things under a conservative government may be less lenient and they may bring back the intent to remain clause for citizenship.
