I applied for my mom's visa and it was rejected 3 days ago with the following reason:
"The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application."
I will be ordering the GCMS notes, but I don't know if they will help.
I attached property papers and bank records. She also has a US visa and came for my graduation a few years ago. I did however mention the reason to come to Canada as visiting a child. Was that the inconsistency? Does IRCC expect tourism when talking about TRV and visiting a child with a Super Visa?
I know everyone receives this generic rejection but how is one supposed to correct the application if everything seems right from my point of view.
Beyond ordering the GCMS notes is there anything I can do from my side?
