INQUIRY: Can I use 2 invitation letters for one visa (One from conference and other from direct relative)

Hello, I'm new here, I am applying for visitor's visa for a conference taking place in Markham next year, that also happens to be the region where my brother live and work. The conference organiser will normally send an invitation letter, will another invitation letter from my brother also increase the chance of my visa application getting approved?
